We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Admin Manager
Job Location: Lagos
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets Maintain and update company databases
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents Answer queries by employees and clients
- Update office policies as needed
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments Book meeting rooms as required
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages) Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
- Arrange travel and accommodations
- Schedule in-house and external events
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests
- Update internal databases with new hire information
- Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
- Publish and remove job ads
- Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department
- Develop training and on boarding material
- Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)
N60,000 – N80,000 monthly.
