We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Admin Officer

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

  • Maintaining and updating the records of orders from customers and suppliers.
  • Keeping the customers updated regarding their orders.
  • Planning and tracking of logistics, transportation, warehouse and customer services.
  • Developing shipment plans as per product availability and request from customers.
  • Ensure all incoming supplies are registered and processed in the logistics database as per the SOP’s.
  • Making arrangement for the transportation of products.
  • Assigning duties to the staff so that the deliveries can be made efficiently.
  • Taking important measures for avoiding quality control issues.
  • Maintaining and preparing delivery records for engineers out in the field to ensure timely delivery.


  • B.Sc / BA in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or relevant field
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Logistics Administrator.
  • Proficiency in Logistics Software Database or Transport Management System.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead the roder processing cycle.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Ability to organize and update inventory records.
  • Good Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to details.


  • N100,000 – 150,000 monthly.
