We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Admin Officer
Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full Time
- Maintaining and updating the records of orders from customers and suppliers.
- Keeping the customers updated regarding their orders.
- Planning and tracking of logistics, transportation, warehouse and customer services.
- Developing shipment plans as per product availability and request from customers.
- Ensure all incoming supplies are registered and processed in the logistics database as per the SOP’s.
- Making arrangement for the transportation of products.
- Assigning duties to the staff so that the deliveries can be made efficiently.
- Taking important measures for avoiding quality control issues.
- Maintaining and preparing delivery records for engineers out in the field to ensure timely delivery.
- B.Sc / BA in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Logistics Administrator.
- Proficiency in Logistics Software Database or Transport Management System.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to lead the roder processing cycle.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Ability to organize and update inventory records.
- Good Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to details.
- N100,000 – 150,000 monthly.
