Job Description

Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence

Must be highly skilled in the use of Microsoft office packages.

Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments

Typing, preparing, Filing and collating reports

Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)

Possession of excellent communication skill and Confidence

Prioritizing workloads

Implementing new procedures and administrative systems for employees

Liaising with relevant organizations and clients

Logging or processing bills or expenses

Act as an Executive Assistant to the MD


A smart Female

1-2 years experience (in a construction company is a plus)

Must reside around V.I or Lekki

Resumption time in the office is between 8am- 4:30pm (Mon- Friday)


Starting Emolument is between N50,000 – 60,000. Subject to review based on performance
