Maintain, manage, and monitor all customer related operational issues.
Develop and execute branch sales strategies to maximize revenues.
Ensure coordination between sales, marketing, accounts, and administrative departments.
Ensure training to sales and marketing teams.
Prepare financial statements for the head office.
Monitor expenses of the branch.
Ensure profitable results in administrating branch office.
Develop and communicate business strategies to the branch staff.
Maintain all relevant databases and update.
Prepare branch budget and submit to head office.
Create strategies to grow business opportunities.
Build new customer relationships
Retain existing customers.
Resolve customer issues.
Ensure customers’ financial needs are met.
Develop and monitor bank sales strategies.
Manage and monitor loan portfolio.
Identify and develop new sources of business.
Train, mentor, and guide branch staff to function effectively.
Monitor, verify, rectify, and update all accounting records.
Prepare financial statements and operational reports for the head office.
Required Competencies Knowledge/Qualifications:
• First Degree or its equivalent in any field.
• Minimum of 7 years post graduate cognate experience in any reputable financial institution with proven track records of achievement, with at least 4 years at managerial positions of a reputable financial institution.
• Understanding of Lagos financial market is compulsory.
• Professional qualification will be an added advantage.
