Location: Lekki Lagos Nigeria

Branch Manager
 Maintain, manage, and monitor all customer related operational issues.
 Develop and execute branch sales strategies to maximize revenues.
 Ensure coordination between sales, marketing, accounts, and administrative departments.
 Ensure training to sales and marketing teams.
 Prepare financial statements for the head office.
 Monitor expenses of the branch.
 Ensure profitable results in administrating branch office.
 Develop and communicate business strategies to the branch staff.
 Maintain all relevant databases and update.
 Prepare branch budget and submit to head office.
 Create strategies to grow business opportunities.
 Build new customer relationships
 Retain existing customers.
 Resolve customer issues.
 Ensure customers’ financial needs are met.
 Develop and monitor bank sales strategies.
 Manage and monitor loan portfolio.
 Identify and develop new sources of business.
 Train, mentor, and guide branch staff to function effectively.
 Monitor, verify, rectify, and update all accounting records.
 Prepare financial statements and operational reports for the head office.

Required Competencies Knowledge/Qualifications:
• First Degree or its equivalent in any field.
• Minimum of 7 years post graduate cognate experience in any reputable financial institution with proven track records of achievement, with at least 4 years at managerial positions of a reputable financial institution.
• Understanding of Lagos financial market is compulsory.
• Professional qualification will be an added advantage.
