Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Lagos

Job Descriptions
We are looking to hire the services of a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for building, creating and handling key accounts; maintaining long term relationship with key personnel and maximizing the business potential of those customers through increasing sales opportunities and projects development.
This individual will be expected to deliver results that will ensure continued growth in key markets for the company and see the big picture and proactively manage the program to ensure client satisfaction and ultimate growth.

• Understand the Products and solutions offered by the company.
• Must have an ability to target prospects, generate business and realize high value orders.
• Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments to Generate Leads
• Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering/exploring opportunities and converting these leads AND OPPORTUNITIES TO sales
• Works closely with the Support Operations and Business Design Teams to identify potential service opportunities
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

• BA/BS Degree in Marketing or Business or equivalent skills or education
• 5+ years of experience in business development handling multiple accounts
• Knowledge of selling e-payment solutions and/or infrastructure will be an added advantage.
• Customer-focused. Passionate for client success at all times.

Based on Commission (highly competitive) + Competitive Allowance
