Managerial Responsibilities
IN-depth market understanding:

  • Intimate knowledge of Key Customer’s Requirements
  • Competitor Analysis

Business planning and review:

  • Analyze Current Business Performance
  • Strengths-Weaknesses-Opportunities-Threats (SWOT) analysis
  • Identify and Quantity Growth Opportunities

New business acquisition:

  • Establish Target Customer Portfolio
  • Prepare Acquisition Plan
  • Explore and Validate Specific Customer Needs
  • Product Trials and Demonstrations
  • Produce and Present Customer Proposal
  • Negotiate and Close the Deal
  • Implement the Agreement

Account management:

  • Develop and Maintain Customer Relationships at all Levels
  • Mobilize the Internal Organization to Deliver Agreed Service and Consultancy
  • Service the Customer identify and agree customer service standards
  • Optimize Account Profitability
  • Identify Sales Growth Opportunities.
