Job Position: Company Manager

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • As an office Manager, your most important role is leading and motivating a team of staff to ensure they’re giving the best customer service possible.
  • You’ll also be expected to know your company’s products and policies inside out and be able to communicate it to other members of staff.

Responsibilities

  • Discussion with board of trustee to agree on possible improvements
  • Support the Company’s goal for a wide company customer service policy.
  • Responsible for the day to day management of the Customer Services Unit.
  • Providing leadership and direction to the Customer Services Unit.
  • Introduction and improvement of possibilities to measure customer satisfaction
  • Derivation of ways to improve the level of satisfaction
  • Ensures that orders or transactions are correctly processed and to answer questions or resolve junior staff complaints

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, HND qualification with 0-5 years work experience.
