Working Experience (7-13 years) must have worked as a facility manager with traceable record.

Required to:

  • Manage the estate/facilities professionally with all competence on behalf of the company and to provide the necessary services on daily and weekly basis.
  • To provide quality maintenance services on all facilities provided.
  • To use acquired skills and strategies in properties and facility management and accelerate the growth of the estate.
  • To provide management with needed and necessary information on valuations while also interfacing with statutory agencies on behalf of the company.

Educational Qualification

  • Must be a graduate from a reputable university
  • Additional certification will be an added advantage.

Skills

  • Must be highly creative/ innovative with excellent communication and Management skills.
