Responsibilities and Duties

This is a hands on Group HR Manager role which includes the following responsibilities:

  • Resourcing and Talent Management
  • Performance management
  • Staff Training & Management Development
  • Supervising all issues relating to PFAs, HMOs, ITF and other HR related Regulatory agencies
  • Development/Management of HR Policy, Strategy, Plan, Processes and Practices to support the business strategy
  • Management of Industrial/Employee Relations
  • Preparation of HR Budget &Reward System (Benefits & Compensation)
  • Welfare, Health and Safety

  • Exceptional inter-personal & communication skills (both verbal & written),

Qualification and Experience

  • A University degree. preferably in Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration or a Social Science Discipline. Possession of a Masters’ degree in a relevant discipline will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of7 years’ experience as HR Manager preferably in the Manufacturing Sector
  • Must have good knowledge of labour laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to Human Resources Management
  • Membership of Professional bodies such as the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) & Nigerian Institute of Training & Development (NITAD) will be an added advantage
