H.O.D, Actuarial Services Job in Insurance Company

  • A good bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of 5 years Supervisory/Team Lead experience in a similar role in a reputable organisation
  • Other relevant educational and or professional qualifications will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reviews documents relating to statistical information to construct guidelines for the company
    concerning products
  • Advises on company policies for product development, pricing, reserving, reinsurance and financial management
  • Develop effective tools to drive both profitability and new market growth
  • Develop ways to use price as a competitive advantage

Other Requirements

  • Must have led ratemaking and pricing initiatives for insurance products
  • Experience in investment
  • Excellent statistical, analysis and monitoring skills
  • Excellent creativity skills
  • Very good communication skills
