An HR and Image Consulting firm is currently hiring to fill the role of Personal Assistant to the Managing Partner

Location: Lagos

Industry: HR and Image Consulting

Grade: Entry level/Associate

Qualifications and Requirements
Background in Sales, Marketing or Mass Communication-BSc/HND
Serving Corp member or 1-2 years post NYSC experience

  • Excellent communication skills (Written, Verbal, Listening, Reading)
  • Ability to read and assimilate, decoding information
  • Must be teachable and ready to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Must be experienced and or interested in HR, Sales, Leadership, Fashion and lifestyle
  • Must be internet savvy
  • Must have good research skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access is compulsory.
  • Must know how to use video conferencing tools like Zoom, Google Meet-ups, etc
  • Must know how to use basic design applications, e.g. Canva, Flyer maker, Photogrid, Inshot, etc
  • Excellent customer service
  • Must be a smart dresser
  • Must have a ‘can do’ spirit and must be a team player
  • Must be able to manage schedules, itineraries, appointments, etc
  • Must be able to handle stakeholders across levels
