Key Duties

  • General clerical duties including but not limited to photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing, and
  • Dispatching files, letters, documents within the agency as required
  • Managing and overseeing the general upkeep of the office environs
  • Managing and supervising the general movement of office items
  • Opening and closing offices
  • Any other duties assigned.

Qualification and Experience

  • Candidate must possess at least SSCE/WASC
