The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the provision of an efficient and effective catering service in all the restaurants. S/he will be supervise and support the entire operations and personnel from the preparation of meals to customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis in all restaurants and kitchens. In addition to ensuring HSE policies are adhered during preparation and service of meals, s/he will also ensure quality-catering services; budgetary control and stock management are well maintained. This person will effectively interface between customers and employees to ensure the highest standards of excellent service are provided. S/he will manage the workflow balance of the kitchen staff and keep them motivated.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Candidates applying for this position must have in depth experience of at least 3-5years in managing the administrative operations of large catering services.
- The successful person must be able to motivate, support and encourage staff in order to bring out the best in them,
- S/he must have a minimum of OND/HND or equivalent qualification in Catering, Hospitality Management or any other related discipline.
- A dynamic and result oriented individual who is dedicated to safety is needed for this job.
