Job Title: Operations Manager (Restaurant)
Job Purpose: The operations manager will manage the operational aspects of the restaurants, from budgeting and procurement to staffing and training.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices.
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Ensure that the restaurants are adequately staffed with properly trained workers.
• Overseeing Restaurant Branding.
• Helping the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.
Job Qualification & Requirements
• BSc in any related field
• Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role.
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
