Job Title: Performance Management Support

- To assist members of the Performance Management Team in performing the numerous day to day administrative and monitoring activities.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Management and Update of Sales team information (On-line & Offline), Sending Sales Staff Biodata sent to new staff, online performance tracker for Sales team regularly updated.
- Spooling data for TCG sales team performance review.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Minimum of a B.Sc. degree in Human Resources, Personnel Management, Social Sciences, or related field.
- The ideal candidate is expected to have 0-1 years of experience in HR.
- Organizational Skills and Attention to Details.
- Strong Knowledge of G-Suite and MS Office
- Creative Problem Solving Skills
- Ownership of work
- Must be able to take Initiative
