We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Performance Management Support

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • To assist members of the Performance Management Team in performing the numerous day to day administrative and monitoring activities.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Management and Update of Sales team information (On-line & Offline), Sending Sales Staff Biodata sent to new staff, online performance tracker for Sales team regularly updated.
  • Spooling data for TCG sales team performance review.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Minimum of a B.Sc. degree in Human Resources, Personnel Management, Social Sciences, or related field.
  • The ideal candidate is expected to have 0-1 years of experience in HR.


  • Organizational Skills and Attention to Details.
  • Strong Knowledge of G-Suite and MS Office
  • Creative Problem Solving Skills
  • Ownership of work
  • Must be able to take Initiative
