  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences and travel arrangements
  • Implement and maintain office systems
  • Handle incoming correspondence and other materials


  • Possess OND or HND in relevant secretarial discipline with at least 3 years’ experience in similar position
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills and be able to type at least 60 words per minute
  • Must be reliable, pay attention to details and have good customer-service orientation
