- Minimum of 15 years relevant experience in brand management.
- Good experience in sales promotion, merchandising, activations, channel management as well as ATL and BTL execution
- Develop the strategy ATL, BTL & TTL campaigns to achieve Brand objectives in all Channels
- Liaise with appointed Agency and ensure overall brand messages are indigenized for application in relevant markets.
- Champion market promotions and initiatives
- Monitor and measure brand presence and overall marketing effectiveness
- Identify key activities by the government, private and public sectors, tertiary institutions and other organizations. Leverage on such for Brand building and incremental revenue to the Business
- Oversee Merchandising activities – POS stockholding, allocation and audit.
