Job Requirements
Boost the organisation’s brand and visibility by collaboration with key Internal and External Stakeholders.
Support the development and implementation of HR Programs, Initiatives and Systems.
Drive the vision for the creation, implementation, and oversight of talent recruiting development, management, and advancement.
Support the Integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives into the organisation’s culture, operations, and community outreach.
Ensure the fulfillment of the workforce plan vision in conjunction with relevant stakeholders and Business Managers including Succession Planning.
Support the development, allocation, and management of Talents and HR Administration and resources.
Implement and support HR Strategies, including benefits, healthcare, and compensation strategies using Data Analytics.
Ensure HR compliance by defining policies and procedures to ensure that employment and work practices demonstrate a thorough understanding of ethics, applicable laws, and regulations while also being aware of the company’s larger human capital resources objectives.
Develop accountability metrics for job success, including tracking and reporting Management improvement plans across Recruitment and Hiring, Individual career development and progression plans, Retention and longevity, Turnover rates, Employee engagement, Diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Build and partner with different departments to create an equal and collaborative environment

BSc/BA in Human Resources, or relevant field.
HR Certification (e.g. CIPM, PHRI, SHRM) would be an added advantage Minimum of 5 years of Experience with proven success in a similar role.
Effective verbal and written Communication & Presentation Skills.
Proven experience in managing Talents across Diverse Teams in a fast-paced work environment with changing priorities.
Hands on experience with Performance Management Software and other HRIS.
Experience organising and management of Training Programs and measuring ROI on Trainings.
Experience with analyzing data to guide Strategic Human Resources Business Partnering.

Knowledge of labour legislation, disciplinary procedures and good understanding of Human Resources.
Information Systems and Tools (e.g. Applicant Tracking Systems).
Excellent Team Spirit, Leadership, and Networking Skills Outstanding organisational multitasking abilities and time-management abilities.
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
Strong work ethics and reliability.
